Ridha Plastic Surgery & Medspa was founded by Dr. Jeffrey Ridha, MD, F.A.C.S., a double board-certified plastic surgeon, an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. The Saratoga Springs practice has become a recognized leader in the region for its comprehensive aesthetic offerings, attracting patients from across the area.

Princeton Medspa Partners acquires Advanced Life Clinic, marking the company’s sixth physician-owned medical spa and eighth total acquisition.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Aug. 17, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Princeton Medspa Partners has completed its partnership with Advanced Life Clinic, a Huntsville-based aesthetic medical practice. The business was founded in 2004 by Dr. Hayley DeGraaff, M.D. Like the rest of Princeton’s portfolio of practices, ALC is the highest rated medspa in its region, and boasts a full offering of aesthetic medical services.

ALC marks the sixth physician-owned medical spa acquired by Princeton Medspa Partners, and its eighth total acquisition. Princeton Medspa Partners recently acquired Genesis Medspa, a Colorado Springs-based aesthetic medical practice. The business was founded in 2007 by industry expert Dr. Lisa Jenks, M.D., who has long been an influencer in the medical spa industry, was named to the advisory board of Skin Inc. in 2018 and operates DermAesthetic Consulting, a successful consulting business that helps educate and train physicians interested in entering the medical aesthetics industry.

Princeton Medspa Partners recently closed on the acquisition of Kovak Cosmetic Center, a Chicago suburbs-based medical spa owned by aesthetic medicine thought leader Dr. Stanley Kovak.

Dr. Kovak will remain the lead physician at KCC as well as spearhead the creation of PMP’s Medical Advisory Board. This physician-governed body will present medical leadership support to the PMP portfolio of clinics, as well as provide service line coaching and training.

Dr. Kovak is an international speaker and cosmetic medical textbook author who founded Kovak Cosmetic Center in 1995. With this acquisition, Dr. Kovak will continue his more than 20-year run as one of Chicago’s top aesthetic medical providers.
