Expands Its Portfolio with Acquisition of Allura Skin,
Laser & Wellness Clinics
11/24/2025 – Princeton Medspa Partners (“PMP” or the “Company”), a leading medical aesthetics platform, today announced its strategic expansion with the acquisition of Allura Skin, Laser & Wellness Clinic (“Allura”), a premier medical spa serving two locations in Northern Denver Colorado.
Founded in 2008, Allura has become a recognized leader in injectable treatments and wellness services, offering advanced technologies, medical-grade skincare, and a trusted team of experienced providers. With physicians on site daily, Allura has built a reputation for delivering safe, personalized results in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
